Recently, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ)) released that the “Key Technical Standards Promotion Project”(hereinafter refers to as the Project) under the “Eleventh Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Plan has been reviewed and accepted by expert group. A total of 317 patent applications out of the project were filed before the SIPO.
The Project includes 42 independent-developed international standards, 336 national standards, and 173 industry standards. In addition to patent applications filed before the SIPO, there were 8 PCT international applications, and 25 copyright registrations for computer software.
The Project was first listed as one of the key program under the 2006 “Eleventh Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Plan Concentration was made on the international standards and breakthrough was done in the fields of information and communication and equipment manufacturing industry. Comparison was made between China and foreign standards in the field of manufacturing.
