In order to improve the IPR protection system in Zhongguancun Science Park of Bejingjing Haidian District, the People’s Court of Haidian District, the People’s Procuratorate of Haidian District, the Bureau of Justice of Haidian District and Administrative Committee of Zhongguancun Science Park and other 9 other agencies jointly established a cooperation mechanism among the relevant departments for a better protection of IP.
Due to the recent designation by the Supreme People’s Court, the People’s Court in Haidian District will be able to handle patent disputes. Further, the People's Procuratorate of Haidian District set up the first mechanism of procuratorate liaison, ensuring a direct communication between the procuratorate and enterprises and providing efficient and quick legal service for the industries in Zhongguancun. .
The Bureau of Justice of Haidian District also walked out into the enterprises to meet the needs in the IP field. They signed a contract with the enterprises for door-to-door legal services and provided legal training.
It is said that due to the varied measures from different agencies, the awareness for IP and administration for IP have been further enhanced in Haidian District.
