It is learned from the national enforcement exchange meeting by IP offices in China that from October 2010 to February 2011, intellectual property offices at all levels in China have handled about 1,300 cases relating to patent infringement and passing-off of patents. Some major or big cases were settled due to the efforts from cross regional coordinated enforcement and cross agency coordination. A list of enterprises and individuals were published.
