In order to carry out the Special Campaign against IP infringement and manufacture and sale of counterfeit and fake products, the State Council made available 6 hot lines for the public to report any IP infringement or illegal activity relating to manufacture and sale of fake and counterfeit products.
The 6 hotlines are: “12330” (providing IP-related legal aid and receiving complaints), “12312” (receiving complaints on commercial affairs), “12315” (dealing with consumer complaints), “12390” (reporting IP infringement and piracy), “12365(receiving complaints on product quality)”, and “12318” (receiving cultural market complaints).
According to the Plan, these hotlines are to be fully used by the public so as to have quick access to information, complaints and clues of illegal activities.
