Recently, Wuhan Municipal Press and Publication Bureau organized a special campaign in 13 districts focusing on the publication market near schools. 3,000 illegal publications have been captured during the campaign.
The campaign is to protect the minors against the illegal pornographic and superstitious publications. The statistics show that 11,613 publications and printing enterprises have been checked, 535 illegal booths have been banned or removed, and 113,804 illegal publications have been captured. Theses special campaigns have effectively cleared the publication market in Wuhan City.
