Recently, the first copyright protection alliance for domestic animation industry was founded in Shanghai. Members of the alliance include Shanghai Film Group Corporation, Beijing Shinshow Co LTD. The alliance is to safeguard the rights of its members.
The alliance is expected to help stabilize the industry and increase copyright awareness among the public, besides, it recalls the members to make joint efforts in combating the piracy.
Besides the copyright protection, the alliance will also make an attempt in the innovation and research and development fields of Chinese classic animation.
It is said that the fight against infringement related to a classical animated TV series "Black Cat Captain".
