From September 7 to 11, the 2026 China Fair Competition Policy Awareness Week, organized by the Office of the State Council Anti-Monopoly and Anti-Unfair Competition Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) together with relevant departments and units, was grandly held. This year’s Awareness Week was themed “Unified Market, Fair Future.” The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration specially invited five experts in the fields of anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition to conduct online live lectures for five consecutive days, covering hot topics such as fair competition policy, anti-monopoly compliance for internet platforms, overseas litigation risks for enterprises, and trade secret protection.
