Recently, the National Expert Advisory Committee for IP(hereinafter NEAC) was set up and 20 experts from different fields such as economy, science and technology, education, culture and intellectual property were invited as the first members of the committee.
NEAC will play a role in contributing to the implementation of national IP strategy. Specifically, it will target at those comprehensive and strategic issues and do more work in research, thinking and analysis.It will provide advice relating to the laws, regulations, policies and systematic construction.
NEAC will hold regular or irregular member meetings and will provide a guidance, advice or suggestions which are key to the development of intellectual property.
