Overview:

Mr. Zhong's practice focuses mainly on patent drafting. He has drafted many patent applications for clients and filed these patent applications in China and abroad, such as in USA, Japan and Europe. He has also handled hundreds of patent filing and prosecuting cases covering various technical fields, particularly the fields of communication, computer, networks, consumer electronic products, etc. In addition, Mr. Zhong has also represented renowned clients in many patent reexamination cases and some patent invalidation cases.
